Ingredient list
8 RITZ Crackers
1 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 4 slices
2 slices deli-style roasted turkey breast (2 oz.), cut in half
4 tsp. salsa
4 tsp. chopped avocados
Directions

Top 4 crackers with cheese and turkey; cover with remaining crackers to make 4 sandwiches. Place in lunch box.

Spoon salsa into small container with lid; repeat in separate container with avocados. Add to lunch box.

Refrigerate up to 1 hour before grabbing to head out the door.

NoteTo help prevent the chopped avocados from turning brown, toss them with a little lime juice before placing them in the containers.
