Top 4 crackers with cheese and turkey; cover with remaining crackers to make 4 sandwiches. Place in lunch box.
Spoon salsa into small container with lid; repeat in separate container with avocados. Add to lunch box.
Refrigerate up to 1 hour before grabbing to head out the door.
To help prevent the chopped avocados from turning brown, toss them with a little lime juice before placing them in the containers.
This recipe can also be served as an easy, tasty snack. Prepare recipe as directed, dividing cracker sandwiches, salsa and avocados between 2 lunch boxes. Makes 2 servings.
Serve with fresh fruit.
