Makes 24 servings.
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Cook butter in small saucepan on medium heat until melted and golden brown. Pour into large microwaveable bowl. Add marshmallow creme, peanut butter chips and 3/4 of the marshmallows.
Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until peanut butter chips and marshmallows are completely melted, and mixture is well blended, stirring every 45 sec.
Add cereal, nuts, 3 cups chopped cookies and remaining marshmallows; mix lightly. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Top with remaining chopped cookies; press lightly into cereal mixture to secure. Cool completely.
Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
