Candy sushi might be the best kid dessert recipe ever! DYI Sushi Candy Rolls are made with marshmallow crispy treats wrapped in fruit snacks for a fun, bite sized treat.

Ingredient list

1½ Tbsp. butter or margarine
20 large marshmallows
3 cups crisp rice cereal
10 chewy fruit snack sheets
40 SWEDISH FISH Soft & Chewy Candies

Directions

PREPARATION

Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1 min. 30 sec. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 45 sec. Add cereal; mix well.

Unroll fruit snack sheets. Press 3 Tbsp. cereal mixture onto each sheet to within 1/2 inch of edges. Place 4 fish down center of each sheet; roll up tightly, starting at one long side.

Cut each roll-up into 4 pieces.

Spray your hands lightly with cooking spray before using to press cereal mixture onto fruit rolls.
