Makes 1-1/2 cups dip, or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 7 chips and 1/4 cup vegetables each.
Mix all ingredients except chips and vegetables until blended.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve with chips and vegetables.
When eating appetizers at a social occasion, preview your choices and decide which you'd like to try instead of taking some of each.
Serve the chilled dip in a hollowed-out bell pepper; top with additional bacon bits and green onion slices.
Substitute 3 cooked and crumbled bacon slices for the bacon pieces.
