Our favorite falafel appetizers prep quickly by using prepared hummu. Adding crushed TRISCUIT Crackers gives you a tender and flavorful falafel bite.

Makes 14 servings, 1 falafel and 1 tsp. sauce each
Reserve 2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with hummus, egg white and parsley.
Shape into 14 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Roll in reserved cracker crumbs until evenly coated. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat oil in small saucepan to 375°F. Add 4 or 5 balls; cook 1 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oil with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining balls.
Serve hummus balls with tzatziki.
Mix 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp. shredded cucumbers and 1 tsp. lemon juice until blended. Season with salt to taste, if desired. Use instead of the purchased tzatziki.
