Freshly grated Parmesan cheese melted over crisp RITZ Crackers makes a delicious snack by itself or a great addition to a charcuterie board for entertaining.

Makes 5 servings, 5 crackers each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grate cheese, using small holes on box grater.
Place crackers in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet. Top each with thin layer of cheese, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. cheese to each cracker and letting cheese fall over edge of cracker.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Cool.
Prepare using RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.
Store cooled cheese-topped crackers in resealable plastic bag, or in airtight container, at room temperature up to 5 days before serving.
