Bring a fun snack to the halftime party with these cheesy Buffalo turkey mini sandwiches shaped like a football! They'll easy to make for small or large groups!

Makes 9 servings, 2 cracker sandwiches each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Start cutting at green end of 1 onion to get one 6-inch-long piece. Repeat with remaining onions to get three 2-1/2-inch long pieces. Reserve for later use. Slice enough of the remaining onions to get 1 Tbsp. sliced onions. Discard any remaining onions or reserve for another use.
Arrange 18 crackers in football shape on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Top each cracker on prepared baking sheet with 1 EACH cheese piece, turkey piece and second cheese piece.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 18 sandwiches.
Mix butter and 1 Tbsp. hot sauce until blended; brush over cracker sandwiches. Sprinkle with sliced onions.
Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Use reserved onion pieces to make laces on top of football.
Serve with dressing and remaining hot sauce.
