Makes 12 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top with onions.
Serve topped with additional barbecue sauce.
Use the meat from a rotisserie chicken or roasted chicken from the deli department of your supermarket to prepare this tasty recipe in just minutes. Refrigerate any leftover chicken for another use.
