Makes 12 servings, 4 topped crackers each

Ingredient list

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup barbecue sauce
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 24 thin slices
48 RITZ Crackers
2 green onions, slivered

Directions

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.

Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

Top with onions.
