Heat oven to 350°F.
Spread RITZ Chips onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Sprinkle with half of the cheese; top with chicken and remaining cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce and Alfredo sauce, separately, just until warmed.
Drizzle with pizza sauce, then Alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle with basil.
Substitute cut-up cooked refrigerated breaded chicken nuggets or chicken tenders for the thawed frozen popcorn chicken and/or fresh parsley or oregano for the basil.
