Game time? Party time? Any time is the right time for these Sloppy Joe appetizer bites with cheese, sour cream and onion sandwiched between RITZ Crackers.

Makes 21 servings, 2 cracker sandwiches each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add Sloppy Joe sauce; cook as directed on label, increasing the simmer time if necessary until meat mixture is slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Place 42 crackers in single layer on baking sheet. Top each with 1 Tbsp. meat mixture and 1 cheese piece.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top each with about 1/2 tsp. sour cream and about 1/4 tsp. onions; cover with remaining crackers to make 42 sandwiches.
