Makes 6 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Cut each cheese slice into 4 squares, then cut each square diagonally in half.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with ham and cheese.
Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
Top with preserves and onions.
Prepare using apricot preserves.
