Makes 8 servings, about 1 cup soup and 5 crackers each.

Ingredient list

  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 carton (32 oz.) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled, sliced and halved (about 1 cup)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup cut green beans
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • PREMIUM Saltine Crackers

Directions

Cook onion in butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.

Add chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, green beans, parsley, tarragon and pepper.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 min. or until vegetables are tender. Serve hot with crackers.
