Creamy peanut butter cheesecake is layered between OREO Cookies, pretzels and peanuts in this mini dessert treat. It's a great choice for your next party.

Makes 12 servings, 1 shot each.
Beat Neufchatel cheese, peanut butter and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
Crumble 1 cookie into each of 12 (4-oz.) plastic shot glasses.
Spoon 1/4 cup of the Neufchatel cheese mixture evenly over crumbled cookies in shot glasses.
Crumble 1 of the remaining cookies over ingredients in each shot glass, then top with 1 broken pretzel.
Top with remaining whipped topping, then peanuts.
Substitute your favorite NABISCO Cookies, such as CHIPS AHOY! Cookies or NUTTER BUTTER Cookies, for the OREO Cookies.
Substitute almond butter for the peanut butter and chopped almonds for the peanuts.
These fun single-serving treats can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 4 hours before serving.
