Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
Top with turkey, tomatoes and cheese.
Bake 3 min. or until cheese begins to melt.
Top with mustard.
Top crackers with turkey, tomatoes and cheese. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
Prepare using deli-style ham.
