Ingredients: 1 pkg. white baking chocolate; 1½ tsp. oil; ¼ tsp. lemon zest; ¼ tsp. lemon extract; 40 NILLA Wafers

For a sweet dessert treat, these NILLA Wafers dipped in lemon flavored white chocolate are the best choice! Simple, elegant and brimming with lemon flavor.

Ingredient list

1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate
1½ tsp. oil
¼ tsp. lemon zest
¼ tsp. lemon extract
40 NILLA Wafers

Directions

Microwave chocolate and oil in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Stir in lemon zest and extract.

Cover baking sheet with parchment. Dip tops of wafers, 1 at a time, into chocolate; place, dipped sides up, on prepared baking sheet.

Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Recipe Tips
