Ingredient list
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped

Mix peanut butter and sugar in freezer container until blended.

Freeze 30 min. or until firm.

Meanwhile, bring cream just to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat. (Do not let cream come to boil.) Add to chocolate in small bowl; let stand 3 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Refrigerate 15 min. or until cooled slightly and thick enough to spoon, stirring frequently.

Place cookies in single layer on baking sheet. Scoop peanut butter mixture into 18 (1-inch) mounds; roll each into ball. Place on cookies; press to flatten peanut butter balls slightly to secure them to cookies.

Spoon chocolate mixture over topped cookies. Refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.
