Place wafers, top sides up, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Spoon 1/4 tsp. apricot jam onto center of each wafer.
Mix powdered sugar and milk until blended; drizzle evenly over topped wafers.
Let stand 15 min. or until glaze is firm.
Store glazed wafers in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week before serving.
