Makes 2 cups dip, or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 7 chips and 1/4 cup vegetables each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients except chips and fresh vegetables until blended.
Spoon into shallow casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
Serve with chips and vegetable dippers.
