Heat oven to 425°F.
Place potato nuggets in single layer in large cast-iron skillet.
Bake 20 min. or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 10 min.
Flatten potato nuggets with back of spoon. Top with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS.
Serve with WHEAT THINS for dipping.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
Prepare using your favorite variety of shredded cheese.
Substitute a large ovenproof skillet for the cast-iron skillet.
