Horseradish-Roast Beef Topper
Need a hearty appetizer for watching the game? These hot roast beef topped crackers are a slightly unexpected combo, but you'll be a believer once you try them.
Ingredient list
- 4 slices deli-style roast beef (5 oz.)
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 30 RITZ Crackers
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) cheddar cheese with horseradish, cut into 30 thin slices
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut each meat slice into 15 pieces. Cut apple into 30 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with apple pieces, meat and cheese.
Bake 3 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
Top with onions.
