Caramelized Onion RITZwich
Caramelized onions are great to have on hand for sandwiches, omelets and these RITZ Cracker snacks that melt sharp cheddar cheese over the onions.
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 12 slices
- 2 Tbsp. caramelized onions
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Spoon onions onto 6 crackers; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down.
