Mix caramel sauce, pecans and crushed cookies in medium bowl.
Use as a topping for ice cream or cake.
Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 min. or until lightly toasted.
Cover and store any leftover sauce in refrigerator.
