Brie is welcome appetizer flavor any time you serve it - and in these easy to make dip, just combine brie with fresh rosemary and garlic then bake until melted.

Makes 16 servings, 1 oz. cheese and 16 WHEAT THINS each.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cut cheese into 1/2-inch cubes; place in 3-cup baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Add rosemary and garlic; mix lightly.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring after 5 min.
Serve with WHEAT THINS.
Remove rind from 8 oz. Brie cheese. Toss with 2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers in 1-1/2-cup baking dish. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring after 6 min. Microwave 1 Tbsp. apricot jam or preserves in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 sec.; stir. Spoon over warm cheese. Serve with WHEAT THINS. Makes 8 servings.
