Makes 3 cups, or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
Cook cheese, half-and-half and salsa verde in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Pour into serving dish; top with pico de gallo.
Serve with peppers and WHEAT THINS.
For best results, serve the hot dip in a fondue pot or small slow cooker to keep it warm while serving.
You can easily make pico de gallo at home. Just combine 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes with 2 Tbsp. EACH chopped fresh cilantro and lime juice, and 1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño peppers.
This flavorful dip can be prepared ahead of time. Cool dip, then pour into microwaveable bowl; cover with plastic wrap, pressing plastic wrap directly onto surface of dip. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, reheat the uncovered dip in the microwave just until heated through, stirring frequently.
