Makes 10 servings, 2 wafer sandwiches each.
Microwave blue candy wafers, 1 Tbsp. cream and 3/4 tsp. butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until wafers are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Repeat in separate bowl with red candy wafers, and remaining cream and butter. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Roll blue candy mixture into 20 (1/4-inch) balls, using about 1/2 tsp. candy mixture for each ball. Repeat with red candy mixture. Roll 1 EACH blue and red ball together to make larger ball; place on 1 NILLA Wafer. Repeat with remaining blue and red balls. Cover with remaining NILLA Wafers to make 20 sandwiches, pressing gently into candy filling to secure. Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Microwave white candy wafers and oil in microwaveable bowl 1 min. or until wafers are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Dip NILLA sandwiches, 1 at a time, in melted white candy wafers, turning to evenly coat each sandwich. Return to prepared baking sheet. Immediately top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until candy coating is firm. Keep refrigerated.
Prepare using candy wafers representing the colors of your favorite sports team, then serve at your next tailgating party.
If melted white candy coating becomes too firm for dipping, reheat in microwave just until warmed to desired consistency.
Balance out your food choices throughout the day so you can enjoy a serving of these tasty bite-size treats.
