All-American AHOY!wiches
Celebrate America by making these no bake chocolate chip cookie and ice cream sandwiches. Roll the sandwiches in red, white and blue sprinkles for a festive touch!
Ingredient list
- 1½ cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
- ¾ cup red, white and blue multi-colored sprinkles
Directions
Spread 2 Tbsp. ice cream onto flat side of each of 12 cookies; cover with remaining cookies to make 12 sandwiches.
Roll edges in sprinkles.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
