12 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half
2½ cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles (red, white and blue)

Place 12 graham squares in single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.

Top with scoops of ice cream, adding about 3 Tbsp. ice cream to each graham square. Cover with remaining graham squares to make 12 sandwiches.

Insert 1 wooden pop stick into ice cream layer in each sandwich. Drizzle with chocolate; top with sprinkles.

Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
