CHIPS AHOY! Game Day Ice Cream Sandwiches
One of our easiest - and best! - desserts are these easy ice cream sandwiches! Use your favorite ice cream and sprinkles and store in the freezer for a quick treat!
Ingredient list
- 1½ cups vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
- 24 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
- ½ cup multi-colored sprinkles
Directions
Spoon about 2 Tbsp. ice cream onto flat side of each of 12 cookies. Cover with remaining cookies to make sandwiches.
Roll edges in sprinkles.
Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
