Peel orange; discard peel. Cut orange crosswise into 3 slices, then cut each slice into 6 pieces.
Mix cheese spread and feta until blended, spread evenly onto crackers.
Top with orange pieces, fennel and pomegranate arils.
Substitute toasted pine nuts for the pomegranate arils.
