TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper "Cheesecake" Topper
Need an appetizer to impress your friends? Try this unexpectedly delicious combination of cracked pepper crackers topped with sweetened cream cheese and fruit.
Ingredient list
- 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup thawed frozen whipped topping
- 36 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers
- 9 strawberries, cut into 4 slices each
- 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
Directions
Beat cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add whipped topping; mix well.
Spread onto crackers.
Top with remaining ingredients.
