  • 2 small fresh beets, cooked, cooled and peeled
  • 12 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1½ oz. Gorgonzola cheese
  • 24 watercress leaves

Directions

Cut each beet into 6 slices, then cut each slice in half.

Spread crackers with cheese.
