Triple-Decker Turkey Club
Looking for a heartier appetizer idea for your next party? These sandwich bites have all the flavors of a club sandwich layered between 3 RITZ Everything Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 24 RITZ Everything Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 slices deli-style roasted turkey breast (3 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 12 regular RITZ Crackers
- 12 iceberg lettuce pieces (1 inch)
- 4 cocktail tomatoes, each cut into 3 slices
- 4 slices cooked bacon, each cut into 3 pieces
Directions
Spread 12 RITZ Everything Crackers with mayonnaise; top with turkey and regular RITZ Crackers.
Cover with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and remaining RITZ Everything Crackers.
Secure with toothpicks.
