Heat oven to 375°F.
Prepare brownie dough as directed on package; press into 12x11-inch rectangle on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Top with remaining ingredients; press gently into dough to secure.
Bake 10 to 13 min. or until edges are firm; cool completely.
Break into small pieces to serve.
Store cooled brownie brittle in airtight container up to 5 days before serving.
Substitute 1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) double-chocolate chunk cookie mix for the brownie brittle mix. Prepare dough as directed on package except omit the egg; press into 14x10-inch rectangle on parchment-covered baking sheet. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 14 to 16 min. or until edges are firm; cool completely. Makes 22 servings.
Instead of using your hands to press the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, you can place the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, then use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into desired size. Use parchment to transfer the rolled out dough to baking sheet, then remove top sheet of parchment before baking brownie as directed.
