Makes 6 servings, 6 topped graham pieces each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place graham pieces, with sides touching, in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; top with chocolate and marshmallows.
Bake 4 to 5 min. or until marshmallows are puffed and lightly toasted. Remove from oven. Let stand 2 min. before serving.
