Heat oven to 350°F.
Spread RITZ Chips onto large parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 1 cup cheese, beans, pulled pork and remaining cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top with tomatoes, onions, avocados, peppers and cilantro.
Drizzle with barbecue sauce; top with sour cream.
Serve warm.
Substitute 1-1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken for the pulled pork. Combine the chicken with an additional 1/3 cup barbecue sauce, then heat it in the microwave or on top of the stove before using as directed.
Substitute 1/2 cup guacamole for the chopped avocado.
