RITZ Nutty Cloud
Sweet and salty dessert bites like these with peanut butter, banana and marshmallow sandwiched between buttery RITZ Crackers are a great dessert idea for a party!
Ingredient list
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 small banana, cut into 12 slices
- 2 Tbsp. marshmallow creme
- ½ oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Directions
Spread 12 crackers with peanut butter; top with bananas.
Spread remaining crackers with marshmallow creme; place, marshmallow creme sides down, over banana-topped crackers.
Spoon chocolate into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag; use to drizzle chocolate over cracker sandwiches.
