2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
¼ tsp. peppermint extract
72 RITZ Crackers
1 candy cane (6 inch), crushed
Directions

Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix melted chocolate and extract in medium bowl until blended.

Dip crackers, 1 at a time, halfway into chocolate mixture; carefully shake off excess chocolate. Place crackers in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed candy.

Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Recipe Tips
VariationPrepare recipe as directed, except use 36 RITZ Crackers, and completely coat both sides of each cracker with melted chocolate before placing on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed candy and refrigerate as directed. Makes 12 servings, 3 crackers each.
