Ingredient list
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. lemon zest
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- ⅓ cup blueberry pie filling
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto crackers.
Microwave pie filling on HIGH 20 sec. or until heated through.
Spoon onto crackers.
