½ cup fully cooked pulled pork
½ tsp. ground annatto
½ tsp. orange zest
24 RITZ Crackers
2 oz. Cotija cheese, thinly shaved into 24 pieces
½ avocado, cut into 24 slices
24 pickled jalapeño slices
24 fresh cilantro leaves
