OREO Peanut Butter Popcorn
For a perfect game day snack, make a batch of our chocolate and peanut butter popcorn to share! In just 15 minutes, you'll have this sweet treat ready to go.
Ingredient list
- 8 cups air-popped popcorn
- 12 OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup lightly salted peanuts
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate, chopped
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Directions
Cover baking sheet with parchment; set aside.
Combine popcorn, chopped cookies and nuts in large bowl.
Microwave white chocolate and peanut butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. Stir until well blended.
Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss to evenly coat popcorn mixture with chocolate mixture.
Spread onto prepared baking sheet; cool completely.
