Seasoned whole grain TRISCUIT Minis and mixed nuts get mixed with chocolate and yogurt covered raisins in this sweet and salty spiced snack mix.

Makes 3-3/4 cups or 15 servings, 1/4 cup each.

Ingredient list

1 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. garlic powder
2 cups TRISCUIT Minis Crackers
1 cup mixed nuts
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
¼ cup yogurt-covered raisins
¼ cup milk chocolate-covered raisins

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine dry seasonings. Add to combined crackers and nuts in medium bowl; mix lightly. Add butter; toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with butter.

Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 min. until lightly toasted; stirring after 5 min. Cool completely.

Add raisins; mix lightly.

SubstitutePrepare using dark chocolate-covered raisins.
Special ExtraFor a burst of flavor, add 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) to cracker mixture along with the other dry seasonings.
