OREO PB&J Quesadilla
Treat your family to a fun after school snack with these sweet quesadillas. Cream cheese spread and jam plus chopped Mini OREO Cookies will help make any day more delicious!
Ingredient list
- 1 Tbsp. cream cheese spread
- 1 flour tortilla (8 inch)
- 1½ tsp. strawberry jam
- 6 Mini OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped
Directions
Spread cream cheese spread onto half the tortilla, then spread jam onto remaining half. Sprinkle chopped cookies over cream cheese-topped side; fold in half.
Heat heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add quesadilla; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
Cut into wedges to serve.
