Cut 6 cookies crosswise in half; reserve for later use. Finely crush remaining cookies; mix with butter.
Spoon cookie crumb mixture into 12 (8-oz.) jelly jars; press crumb mixture firmly onto bottoms of jars to form crusts.
Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter; mix well.
Spoon pudding into prepared jars; top with fudge topping and whipped topping. Cover with lids;
Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with cherries and reserved cookie halves before serving.
