This easy, no bake dessert recipe is perfect for game day! Decorate the peanut butter filled chocolate chip cookie sandwiches in your team colors using sprinkles!

Makes 18 servings, 1 cookie sandwich each.
Mix peanut butter, butter and sugar until blended.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Roll peanut butter mixture into 18 balls, using about 2 tsp. peanut butter mixture for each ball.
Place 18 cookies, top sides down, on baking sheet; top with peanut butter balls.
Cover with remaining cookies, top sides up, to make 18 cookie sandwiches, pressing top cookies gently into peanut butter balls to secure.
Melt chocolate as directed on package; spread over tops of cookie sandwiches. Top with sprinkles.
Let stand 10 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Store cookie sandwiches in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days before serving.
Prepare recipe using sunflower butter or your favorite variety of nut butter.
