Purchased chocolate chip cookies are topped with a simple chocolate ganache and marshmallows for a quick and yummy cocoa inspired cookie.

Makes 12 servings, 2 cookies each.
Place cookies in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Microwave cream in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. Add chopped chocolate; microwave 30 sec. Let stand 2 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spoon over cookies, adding about 1 tsp. chocolate to each cookie.
Top with marshmallows; sprinkle lightly with hot cocoa mix.
Refrigerate 10 min. or until melted chocolate is firm.
Topped cookies can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Prepare recipe as directed, substituting 12 halved regular marshmallow for the miniature marshmallows and holiday sprinkles for the instant hot cocoa.
