Mini Italian Sub RITZwich
Need some hearty appetizer bites for watching the big game? RITZ Everything Crackers hold your favorite Italian sandwich fixings in these bite size sandwiches.
Ingredient list
- 24 RITZ Everything Crackers
- 3 slices Genoa salami (3 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
- 4 slices deli ham (3 oz.), each cut into 3 pieces
- 2 slices provolone cheese (1-1/2 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
- 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- ½ cup finely shredded lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. creamy Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers
Directions
Cover each of 12 crackers with 1 piece EACH salami, ham and cheese.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
