Makes 6 servings, 6 crackers each.
Heat oven to 300°F.
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Place crackers in single layer on bottom of prepared pan; brush with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 35 min.; cool completely.
Break crackers apart gently to serve.
If you don't have a pastry brush, you can instead use a small metal spatula or knife to thinly spread some of the spaghetti sauce onto each cracker before placing it in the pan. For best results, each cracker needs to be covered with a thin coating of the spaghetti sauce.
Prepare recipe as directed; cool completely. For every 2 servings, cut 1 stick mozzarella string cheese into quarters. Place 4 seasoned crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate; top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until cheese is melted; top each with second seasoned cracker. Repeat with additional mozzarella cheese sticks and remaining seasoned crackers for additional servings as needed.
