Makes 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 14 RITZ Chips each.

Ingredient list

  • 2 cans (11 oz. each) corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. elote street corn seasoning blend
  • 2 limes, each cut into 4 wedges, divided
  • ½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. hot honey
  • RITZ Toasted Chips Original

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine corn, cheddar cheese and elote seasoning in large ovenproof skillet.

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.

Squeeze juice from 2 lime quarters over dip in skillet; top with cotija cheese and cilantro.

Drizzle with honey.

Serve with remaining lime wedges and RITZ Chips.
