Our classic hot artichoke and Parmesan appetizer is always a hit when celebrating with friends. RITZ Toasted Chips make the perfect dipper for this hearty dip.

Makes 2 cups dip, or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 7 chips and 1/4 cup vegetables each.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients except chips and fresh vegetables until blended.
Spoon into shallow casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
Serve with chips and vegetable dippers.
Slow down and take enough time between bites to enjoy your portion.
Cool, then refrigerate any leftover dip in airtight container up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave just before serving.
For a festive garnish, sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. each finely chopped green onions and red peppers before serving.
