Ingredient list

  • 24 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 3 cups crumbs)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped, divided
  • ½ cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3 squares HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, coarsely crumbled

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine graham crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk, egg and honey; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped chocolate.

Spoon batter evenly into 12 greased muffin pan cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Combine marshmallows, crumbled grahams and remaining chopped chocolate; spoon evenly over muffin batter, then press lightly into batter to secure.

Bake 22 min. or until muffins are lightly browned. Cool 5 min. before removing muffins from pan. Serve warm.
